London Bay Homes is elevating luxury living to new levels in Grandview, a modern 11-story building offering on-site amenities that complement a variety of interests, and reflect the distinctive tastes and personalities of the homebuyer desiring the good life on one of Florida’s favorite beaches.  Featuring sweeping views of Estero Bay, Lovers Key State Park and the Gulf of Mexico, the 58-home tower – the final building in the gated condominium community of Waterside at Bay Beach – will offer an indoor amenity level with a club room, fitness center, yoga studio and two private guest suites with lounge areas. Additional amenities include convenient men’s and women’s changing rooms, and a catering kitchen serving a large lanai and outdoor bar. Rivaling resort and spa amenities, Grandview’s alfresco spaces will feature a sparkling pool and spa, elevated entertainment area with seating around several fire pits, a barbecue area with grills and four lighted tennis courts. “Grandview’s maintenance-free living gives residents more time to enjoy the Florida lifestyle,” said Mark Wilson, president and CEO of award-winning London Bay Homes, Southwest Florida’s leading luxury homebuilder and developer for more than 25 years. “The amenities were designed to embrace the area’s coveted outdoor lifestyle, appeal to those who enjoy being social, and also address specific interests and hobbies, like fitness and healthy living.” ![GRANDVIEW - Club Room.jpg](https://www.grandviewbaybeach.com/hs-fs/hubfs/GRANDVIEW%20-%20Club%20Room.jpg?width=725&height=517&name=GRANDVIEW%20-%20Club%20Room.jpg) Grandview residents will also have access to the many activities and amenities offered at Waterside, the only gated community on [Fort Myers Beach](https://www.grandviewbaybeach.com/news/the-history-of-fort-myers-beach).
