The Builder
Once completed by London Bay Homes, an award-winning home builder in Southwest Florida with nearly 30 years of experience, the condominium tower will feature 58 luxury residences with private elevator access dispersed six per floor on the third through 10th stories and four homes on the second-floor amenity level. Six penthouses on the top floor offer 11-foot ceilings and private, two-car parking garages with storage. London Bay Homes offers six floor plans, including three-bedroom, three-bedroom-plus-den, or four-bedroom designs spanning more than 2,400 to 2,900 square feet of living space. Each of the residences will feature luxury finishes and appointments from London Bay Homes’ new Selection Center in Naples, FL and any prospective resident that reserves their luxury waterfront condo before the end of May 2018, will receive a Selection Studio credit worth up to $125,000. Some of the selections include volume tray ceilings accented with crown molding in the foyer, kitchen, and dining areas. Each of the residences will also feature luxury kitchens with designer cabinetry and appliances, freestanding island breakfast bars, and walk-in pantries, as well as master suites that offer bedrooms with either Gulf or bay views, walk-in closets, and bathrooms with dual vanities, showers, and private water closets. The luxury waterfront condos will also feature private screened sunrise and open-air sunset terraces to enjoy the picturesque views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. These terraces will be accessed through sliding glass doors that, like the large transom windows, will feature low-e glass (emissivity) glass to reduce heat transfer and optimize A/C efficiency.
The Interior Designers
London Bay Homes has selected multiple award-winning interior designers to complete the look of the newest condominium in south Fort Myers Beach and the last tower to be built in Waterside at Bay Beach. The design starts with Nashville-based Interior Design Associates (IDA), the firm that designed Grandview at Bay Beach’s luxury club room, The EL. The EL features a coastal theme achieved through a palette of neutrals accented with cerulean blue, citrine green, and turquoise, as well as a blend of natural stone, medium wood, and sleek silver accents in lamps and sconces, and other lighting elements. The club room’s gathering spaces will be reached through an elegant floating staircase that begins in the Grand Entry and feature clean-lined, wood-framed furniture in plush, textural fabrics, including comfortable contemporary lounge chairs with metallic pronged bases.
IDA is also utilizing the same design themes in the condo tower’s two guest suites, which offer privacy and access to Grandview at Bay Beach’s lounge areas and luxury amenities, including the fitness center, yoga studio, men’s and women’s changing rooms, an elevated outdoor entertainment area with built-in seating and cozy fire pits, and a catering kitchen that serves a large lanai and outdoor bar, among others. The exterior amenities will also feature covered and open-air areas with built-in seating, green spaces, floral displays, grills, and fire pits designed by Innovations Design Group to maximize the views.
