$100,000 Summer Savings Incentive at Grandview Ends Saturday

September 16 2018

Homebuyers have until next Saturday, September 22nd, to take advantage of a $100,000 Summer Savings incentive at Grandview at Bay Beach, an 11-story luxury high-rise to be built by London Bay Construction in the Waterside neighborhood at Bay Beach on the southern tip of Fort Myers Beach.

The incentive can be applied against the purchase price of any available residence. Pre-construction pricing starts in the $900s. Named for its views of the Gulf of Mexico, Estero Bay, and spectacular sunsets, Grandview is the only new high-rise tower in Southwest Florida that offers walkable beach access and immediate proximity to marinas situated just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. The building’s coastal contemporary architecture will present an up-to-date aesthetic. Open-concept floor plans ranging from 2,400 to 2,900 square feet and an array of on-property amenities will provide an ideal setting for enjoying Southwest Florida’s heralded lifestyle. Grandview will be the final tower built in Waterside at Bay Beach. Nearly 35% of the Grandview residences have been reserved, including 50% of the end-unit residences that feature the 01 and 06 floor plans.

Grandview offers an unprecedented opportunity to experience every facet of the coveted Southwest Florida indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Whether exploring the attractions available on South Fort Myers Beach and throughout the surrounding area, enjoying the Gulf breezes and views from their residences, or relishing the building’s on-property amenities, Grandview residents will enjoy numerous opportunities to connect with the outdoors. Designed by Bob Hall of Curts Gaines Hall Jones Architects of Tampa, Grandview will feature open-concept residences ranging from 2,400 to 2,900 square feet with three or four bedrooms, dens, three or three and a half bathrooms, and private elevator access. The outdoor spaces included in Grandview’s design echo elements of the building’s architecture and amenities. Residents and visitors will enjoy the spectacular vistas that are the building’s hallmark throughout the day. Each residence will include covered outdoor terraces oriented to the southeast, south, and southwest. Guest bedrooms in each floor plan will have private access to sunrise terraces. The six residences on the top floor will be exclusive penthouses with 11-foot ceilings and a private two-car garage per unit. Each residence will have its own air-conditioned owner’s storage room. Grandview will offer a pet-friendly living environment with no weight restrictions. Grandview will be the first condominium tower built in Fort Myers Beach since 2008.

Grandview’s resort-style on-site amenities have been designed to continue the connection with the outdoors. A floating staircase will curve from the first-floor lobby to Grandview’s second-floor amenities level, “The EL,” a reference to the tower’s brand tagline of “Elevated Waterfront Living.” An interior club room will include intimate gathering areas, as well as a bar and fireplace. Planned by Interior Design Associates, the club room will feature a palette of cerulean blue, citrine green and turquoise accents with glints of silver and dark undertones. A catering kitchen will be available to those enjoying the EL’s covered outdoor area that will offer space for dining. Separated from the club room, but close enough to feel connected, an arbor-covered fireplace with a built-in television, bar area, and grills will combine with casual seating to create an outdoor living space. In the open air, a wide oval turf area will serve as the center for a trio of fire pits featuring comfortable seating. A pergola will connect the three spaces, and create a terminal viewpoint that showcases the view to the Bay. Taking advantage of the natural flora and fauna surrounding the site, Innovations Design Group has planned lush perimeter plantings, like Bird of Paradise and Ixora, small flowering trees, and an assortment of palm trees, including Foxtail, Lipstick and Royal Palms. Grandview residents will also have access to the activities and amenities offered within Waterside, including a resort-style swimming pool and spa, tennis courts, 1.2 miles of walking and jogging paths adjacent to an expansive private open space, a fishing pier, and beach access. Nearby marinas will provide a complete range of docking and maintenance services while offering immediate deep-water access to the waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Grandview’s on-site outdoor experience will be complemented by the heralded attractions of South Fort Myers Beach. Best known for its emerald-toned waters and sugar white beaches, the South Fort Myers Beach lifestyle is relaxed and presents a variety of choices for enjoying every day. Outdoor adventures of all kinds are a prime attraction, including boating, fishing charters, dolphin or sunset cruises, and just relaxing on the sun-kissed beaches that are the community’s hallmark. Nearby marinas will provide boating and fishing enthusiasts with docking and maintenance services while offering deep-water access to the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Power boat, sailboat, and jet ski rentals are available. Kayakers enjoy the area’s backwaters and inlets lined with mangroves or traversing the Great Calusa Blueway Paddling Trail, a 190-mile marked canoe and kayak trail that weaves its way through the coastal waters and inland tributaries of Lee County. Lovers Key State Park is located two miles south of Grandview and known for its wildlife sightings, bird watching, shelling, and dog beach. South Fort Myers Beach residents enjoy taking in Southwest Florida’s magnificent sunsets while socializing at one of the community’s beachfront bars and restaurants.

Grandview’s additional on-site amenities include two luxuriously appointed guest suites that offer privacy for visitors and access to the building’s lounge areas and amenities. Residents will take advantage of the building’s fitness center that will feature state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment as well as motorized privacy shades. The adjacent yoga studio, complete with a mirror wall, barre, and cushioned flooring for impact absorption, will provide designated space for Zen-seeking residents. Men’s and women’s changing rooms have been envisioned with sleek stainless-steel fixtures and finishes, along with a shimmery wallcovering in a soft blue hue with a classic mix of cream and sliver mosaic for the mirror surround.

In keeping with London Bay’s commitment to its brand promise of “Private Label Living,” the Grandview residences will showcase luxurious finishes and appointments, including volume tray ceilings accented with crown molding in the foyer, kitchen and dining areas. The residences will feature kitchens with designer cabinetry and appliances, freestanding island breakfast bars, and walk-in pantries. The master suites will offer bedrooms with either Gulf or bay views. Buyers of the Grandview residences will see the luxurious options and features they can select when they visit London Bay’s Selection Studio, which showcases the latest design trends in the building industry.

The last tower in Bay Beach awaits you.
