Expected to be available for viewing this spring, the model showcases Grandview’s panoramic Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay views, the spaciousness of the 2,923-square-foot floor plan and Southwest Florida’s coveted indoor-outdoor lifestyle. Interior Designer Jean Losier has captured the surrounding views of the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath Residence 301 with upscaled textiles and finishes like watery blue velvets, textural sand-toned linens and mixed metals. The model also illustrates the possibilities Grandview homebuyers can explore with their designers, such as custom wall treatments and a versatile den that can function as a home office or fourth bedroom. “The design reflects the changing color of water, the mangroves and nearby beaches,” said Losier. “The residence is filled with natural light and features an elevated transitional style with clean lines, a hint of contemporary and a little bling.” ![Grandview_1106_Bedroomcopy](https://www.grandviewbaybeach.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Renderings/Residence%20Renderings/Grandview_1106_Bedroomcopy.jpg?width=545&height=312&name=Grandview_1106_Bedroomcopy.jpg) *Grandview’s three- and four-bedroom floor plans highlight Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay vistas unique to each residence with **relaxed modern and updated coastal designs, colors and textures mimicking those found in nature**.* The model’s open floor plan is highlighted in the great room, a large space flowing into the kitchen and dining room. Losier selected a flush-seat sofa with a low profile that doesn’t compete with the views displayed through sliding glass doors leading to the screened sunset terrace furnished with a pair of comfortable armchairs and additional seating around a bar-height bistro table. The master bedroom provides a serene retreat in a private wing rendered in white and watercolor blues with views of Estero Bay. Swirling pendants hung from the ceiling replace lamps on matching nightstands with framed mirrors above. The model’s two en-suite guestrooms have walk-in closets; one enjoys a private open-air sunrise terrace with two chairs and an ottoman. “London Bay has done a terrific job pulling nature and outdoor living into Grandview’s interior spaces, which is unexpected in condo living,” said Kimberly McNatt, director of business development at Clive Daniel. Two additional models – Residences 302 and 303 by Romanza Interior Design – are also expected to open this spring.
