The EL’s outdoor amenities include a series of open-air and covered outdoor seating areas – from a large built-in banquette around a firepit and lounge chairs under a pergola to inviting sofas and a smaller fireside grouping in the center of the lawn. The club room’s palette of pearlescent cream, cerulean blue and glints of gold and metal are inspired by Grandview’s proximity to its beach and water location. The finishes are introduced in the lobby, which offers an intimate seating group, a hewn-stone accent wall and the floating glass staircase.
Grandview also features a fitness center with state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment and an adjoining yoga studio with a mirror wall, barre and cushioned flooring for impact absorption. Men’s and women’s changing rooms, envisioned with sleek stainless-steel fixtures and finishes, along with shimmering wallcovering in soft blue, provided added convenience.
As the final building in Waterside at Bay Beach, Grandview residents enjoy the full complement of the larger community’s amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool and spa, and walking and jogging paths adjacent to a private open space.
