London Bay’s Grandview at Bay Beach reaches a critical milestone, with the fifth story now under construction. With nearly half of the floors completed for the 11-story luxury tower located on Estero Island, Grandview at Bay Beach is one step closer to reaching occupancy in Spring 2023.
Construction also continues to take shape for Grandview’s elevated on-property amenities destination known as “The EL.” Featuring a stunning raised spa along with a series of covered and open-air gathering spaces with built-in seating and green spaces, The EL will encourage a connection with nature while maximizing outdoor views.
The amenity level also boasts an outdoor kitchen with double grills, expansive countertop space for meal preparation, cabinetry for storage and bar. A wide oval turf area will serve as the center for a fire pit featuring comfortable seating. A pergola will connect the multiple seating areas and create a viewpoint that showcases Estero Bay. Lush perimeter plantings, small flowering trees, and an assortment of palm trees are planned.
An interior club room enhances the elevated waterfront lifestyle with additional gathering areas, as well as a bar and fireplace. The club room will feature a palette of cerulean blue, pearlescent cream along with glints of gold and dark undertones.
Additional on-site, resort-inspired amenities include a wellness lifestyle focus built into the tower’s design. Residents can make Grandview’s fitness center part of their commitment to self-care and a healthy lifestyle. With state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment, fitness goals are within reach. The adjacent yoga studio, complete with a mirror wall, barre, and cushioned flooring for impact absorption, will provide additional relaxation space for residents. Men’s and women’s changing rooms have been elegantly envisioned with sleek stainless-steel fixtures and finishes, along with shimmering wallcovering in soothing, soft blue.
Complimenting the vibrant island lifestyle and array of onsite amenities, Grandview’s stunning residences will illustrate new heights in uncommon coastal luxury within 2,400 to 2,900 square feet. In these thoughtfully designed residences, a wide foyer leads to a living area that includes a great room with a breezy, screened covered terrace, an elegant dining area and a gourmet island kitchen with Bosch stainless-steel appliances. Select floor plans also feature spacious dens affording additional comfortable space for working or relaxing.
Grandview’s 58 residences will feature open-concept floor plans with three or four bedrooms, a den, up to three-and-a-half bathrooms, private elevator access and a dedicated covered space in the main garage. Six exclusive top-floor penthouses will feature 11-foot ceilings and a private two-car garage.
Grandview residents will also have access to the activities and amenities offered within Waterside, including a resort-style swimming pool and spa, and walking and jogging paths adjacent to a private, open space.
A fishing pier, beach access within walking distance and nearby marinas offer additional opportunities for outdoor excursions, including boating, biking, fishing charters and sunset cruises. Residents can rent a power boat, sailboat, jet ski or kayak along the Great Calusa Blueway Paddling Trail, a 190-mile canoe and kayak trail that weaves through the waters of Lee County.
